In order to cope with the increasingly stringent environmental pollution control target, DI gasoline engines must use particulate filters. ensure that GPF will not block or burn during process of capturing particulate, filter (GPF) needs be controlled based on current soot mass in real time. The loading capacity controls regeneration GPF, and influencing factors efficiency are highly related inner temperature, amount oxygen, carrier. This paper analyzes weight each consumption rate through mathematical methods, from test, it can seen there is difficult accumulated low-temperature environments under floor GPF. this paper, test inspection low temperature environment, considering drivability, scheme clarified by optimizing active control, at same time, driving mode extreme conditions also required.
